Paying homage to the hotel's extensive history, the restaurant takes its name from the original name established for the hotel in 1892.

Modern European cuisine using the best regional produce is complemented by an exceptional wine list from classic European vineyards and New World estates.

For special occasions and celebrations, our private dining rooms are the perfect venue, boasting its own 'chef's table' where up to 12 guests can dine in privacy with a view behind the scenes of the kitchen.
