Award-winning chefs from across the Andrew Brownsword Hotels collection of properties will come together to share their signature dishes in an evening of culinary competition.
Executive Chef, Catalin Jauca will be joined by Nik Chappell of The Slaughters Manor House and Paul Peters of Amberley Castle to create a delicious six-course tasting menu showcasing their favourite dishes and techniques.
Each of our talented chefs will create two courses championing their signature style and guests will then be invited to vote for their preferred course to crown their favourite chef!
