Award-winning chefs from across the Andrew Brownsword Hotels collection of properties will come together to share their signature dishes in an evening of culinary competition.
ABode Canterbury's Executive Chef will be joined by the Executive Chef of ABode Chester to create a delicious six-course tasting menu showcasing their favourite dishes and techniques.
Each of our talented chefs will create three courses championing their signature style and guests will then be invited to vote for their preferred course to crown their favourite chef!
